Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. Within a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at age 16, after she quit gymnastics. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel had a long break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. In October 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she came in third. Summer of 2016, she won at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her result. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using machines, and bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
